We are seeking a qualified electrician with industrial automation / switchboard experience to join our manufacturing team, performing and supervising assembly, wiring, and testing of custom electrical switchboards.
No crawling through hot roofs or under houses – just a spacious, bright, and well-organised factory environment.
Successful applicants will have:

Cert III Electrotechnology (Electrician)

Experience or exposure to industrial automation / switchboards

Excellent attention to detail
-
Strong people skills and a hungry, humble team player attitude

Excellent problem solving skills

Leadership experience highly valued
Tasks will include:

Wiring and testing of electrical switchboards

Supervising and mentoring electrical apprentices

Assembly work across a range of custom switchboard builds

Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics

Supporting continuous improvement in production processes
