We are seeking an ambitious, sharp, and execution-driven Educational Sales Specialist to help drive our commercial growth and connect our cutting-edge AI educational solutions with schools, institutions, and learners.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Pipeline Generation & Outreach: Execute the initial sales funnel via strategic phone calls, professional email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to establish rapport with prospective clients in the education sector.
- Relationship Management & Face-to-Face Closing: Nurture early-stage leads, build trust from scratch, and transition them into high-value relationships by securing and conducting face-to-face meetings or product demonstrations to close deals.
- Client Profiling & Data Collection: Proactively gather and document crucial client profiles (such as names, key contact details, pain points, and specific educational needs) to establish our initial client list and tracking.
- Competitor & Market Intelligence: Constantly monitor the Australian EdTech and AI market to gather data on competitor products, pricing strategies, and industry trends, positioning TITANLYNK AI as the premier choice.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- The Startup Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, embraces autonomy, and possesses a strong "can-do" attitude to drive commercialization from 0 to 1.
- Proven Sales Discipline: 1-2+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (Experience in Australian local education, SaaS, or tech sales is highly preferred).
- No Sales Experience Required :While 1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation is a plus, we care more about your drive, resilience, and willingness to learn. If you are a hungry, motivated individual or a fresh graduate looking to break into the tech/AI industry, we will provide the training you need to succeed! (Experience in Australian local education, SaaS, or tech sales is a bonus).
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal), with a confident phone manner and a polished presence for face-to-face pitching.
- Tech-Savvy & Organized: Passionate about AI technologies, quick at learning new product features, and organized in keeping track of initial client records and market updates.
Pay: $49,900.00 – $98,744.07 per year
