Advanteering is seeking an experienced full-time Project Administrator to support the delivery of our civil construction projects across Western Australia.
Working closely with our Project Managers, engineers and site teams, you will provide project administration and coordination throughout the project lifecycle, keeping project information, actions, documentation and deliverables organised and on track.
The position also supports project-specific HSEQ administration and compliance activities, making it well suited to someone experienced across project delivery and HSEQ systems within a construction environment.
The role
You will:
- Coordinate project activities, documentation, actions and deliverables with Project Managers, engineers, site teams, contractors, suppliers and clients
- Maintain project correspondence, submissions, reports, registers, approvals and other project records
- Track project programs, milestones, deadlines and outstanding activities, escalating issues requiring attention
- Collect and maintain project information and assist with progress reporting and project updates
- Coordinate project meetings, agendas, minutes, action registers and follow-up activities
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, consultants and client representatives regarding project requirements and deliverables
- Maintain project controls, including risk, issue, action, procurement, correspondence, variation and deliverable registers
- Assist with the administration and tracking of project changes, variations and scope changes
- Coordinate project-specific HSEQ documentation, registers, records and compliance activities
- Support project inductions, inspections, audits and corrective actions and maintain the associated HSEQ records
- Assist with project HSEQ reporting and follow up outstanding actions with relevant project personnel
About you
You will bring:
- Demonstrated project administration or project coordination experience, ideally within construction, civil engineering or a related project environment
- Experience maintaining project documentation, registers, reporting and administrative controls
- An understanding of HSEQ systems and construction project compliance requirements
- Strong organisation and follow-through, with the ability to manage competing project deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with Project Managers, engineers, contractors, clients and site teams
- Good capability across Microsoft Office and project or document management systems
