We're looking for passionate and motivated Commis Chefs to join our talented kitchen team on a casual basis and help deliver exceptional dining experiences across our resort's food and beverage outlets.
Working alongside our experienced chefs, you'll prepare and present high-quality meals, maintain exceptional food safety standards, and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your culinary career in one of Western Australia's most unique locations.
Your day-to-day impact
Prepare, cook and present a variety of high-quality dishes across our food outlets.
Assist with food preparation, mise en place, and daily kitchen operations.
Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest quality and consistency.
Maintain exceptional food hygiene, WHS and kitchen safety standards.
Complete opening, closing and cleaning duties to keep the kitchen operating efficiently.
Assist with receiving, storing and rotating food supplies.
Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to ensure smooth service.
Deliver friendly, professional service while responding to guest requests.
What you'll bring to the team
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (essential).
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or similar hospitality environment.
Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen operations.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced chefs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
A genuine passion for delivering quality food and memorable guest experiences.
National Police Clearance required.
Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays and reasonable overtime.
