THE ROLE
Managing between 1-3 jobs South & North Brisbane as Site Supervisor. You will take ownership on the site & report directly to the Builder/Owners. You will co-ordinate trades, manage daily schedules, ensure safety compliance & be the main point of contact on site. This is a hands-on role suited for someone with a carpentry background & strong leadership skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee & manage all on-site construction activities
- Co-ordinate trades, subcontractors, materials & equipment
- Monitor progress to meet deadlines, budgets & quality expectations
- Ensure site safety procedures are followed & standards maintained
- Read & interpret construction plans & specifications
- Liaise with company Builder/Owner & clients as requested
- Proactively identify & resolve issues to keep the project moving
About You
- Minimum 3 years in similar role, high-end renovation works, time management skills, Cert IV in Building & Construction highly desirable. Interpret Plans.
Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
