We are looking for a mechanical services project manager who has delivered hospital or data centre work and wants the next one to be bigger.
The employer is an Australian owned mechanical services and HVAC contractor based in Sydney, 51 to 200 people, who design and construct their own work rather than installing to someone else's drawings. Permanent, full time, on site.
What the job actually is
- End to end delivery of mechanical services packages on hospital and data centre projects
- Programme, procurement, subcontractor management, variations and client reporting
- Working alongside the in house design team rather than around an external consultant
- Running your own project with the authority that goes with it
What you need
- Project management of mechanical services or HVAC packages, delivered in Australia. This one matters and you will be asked about it early.
- Hospital, data centre or other critical environment experience
- Comfortable owning both the programme and the commercials on a large package
- A trade, engineering or construction management background
