In-home Podiatrist
Stellar Podiatry is a Richmond-based practice specialising in home-based podiatry care. We service all of Melbourne, working predominantly with home care package clients and partnering with providers across the sector to bring quality foot care directly to people in their own homes — many of whom have limited mobility, complex health needs, or simply find clinic visits difficult. Our focus is on building lasting relationships with our clients and delivering care that genuinely improves their comfort and independence.
We're looking for an experienced podiatrist who wants meaningful work in the community, genuine work-life balance, and a team that actually supports you.
What makes us different:
● No back-to-back burnout. We schedule 30-minute appointments with dedicated travel time built in between clients.
● Fridays are a shorter day. We hold a clinical meeting every Friday with lunch provided, and we don't see patients after lunch. It's built-in time to connect with the team, drop off/pick up sterilized instruments and footwear, discuss cases, and ease into the weekend.
● We handle the admin. Scheduling, client enquiries, and any concerns are all managed by our admin team — you focus on clinical care. All instruments are sterilised weekly on Friday at our Richmond clinic too, so you're not spending your evenings on infection control.
● Genuine professional development. Dedicated CPD sessions throughout the year, plus we send the team to the APodA conference on the Gold Coast every two years. .
About you:
● A kind, patient-centred clinician who genuinely enjoys building rapport — especially with older clients and those with complex needs
● AHPRA registered podiatrist
● Previous podiatry experience (home visits a plus, but not essential — we'll support you in the transition)
● Current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Package:
● $122,000 + superannuation
● Travel allowance for fuel and vehicle use
