About the Role
This role plays a key part in supporting the efficient operation of our finance function within a high-volume, multi-entity environment.
The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely processing of transactions and supporting strong financial controls across the business.
Working closely with the AP & AR Manager, you will assist with:
- End-to-end accounts payable processing
- Accounts receivable support and customer account management
- Supplier and customer query resolution
- Account reconciliations and investigation of discrepancies
- Intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Month-end close activities
- Maintaining accurate financial records and reporting
- Supporting cash flow management and collection activities
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial procedures
- Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline processes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or a similar finance support role
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving and reconciliation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
