About the role
We’re on the lookout for a Photographer to join our talented studio team. This role is perfect for someone who combines strong technical photography skills with creative thinking and a genuine passion for bringing ideas to life through powerful visual storytelling.
Working closely with clients and our wider studio team, you’ll be responsible for capturing high-quality imagery across a range of photography projects. From understanding client briefs and developing creative concepts through to shoot execution and final image delivery, you’ll play a key role in producing work that delivers on both creative and commercial objectives.
You’ll be someone who enjoys collaborating with others, building strong client relationships, and contributing ideas that elevate the final result. With a keen eye for detail and a solutions-focused approach, you’ll confidently balance creative vision with client needs, ensuring every shoot runs smoothly and every image meets the highest standards.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Studio Manager you’ll take on a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Capture and process images to brief until desired results are achieved.
- Ensure images being captured are consistent in keeping with style guides and directions provided.
- Provide direction on set, where necessary to achieve results.
- Provide recommendations for improving image quality.
- Maintain and organise technical equipment and studio space (cameras, lenses, lights etc).
What you bring
We are looking for someone who:
- 3 years + experience in photography, advertising or studio environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Proactive, flexible attitude and willingness to get the job done.
- Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot issues.
- Excellent time management skills and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication, internal and client-facing.
- Ability to work as a team player and autonomously
- Knowledge of Studio Flash and Continuous Lighting (Broncolor, Aputure)
- Advanced knowledge of Capture One Tethering software
