About the Role
You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a range of devices, including smartphones, tablets, and other portable electronics. Your day will include:
- Performing screen, battery, and charging port replacements across Apple, Samsung, and other major brands
- Testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring all repairs meet our quality standards
- Communicating clearly with customers and team members regarding repair progress
- Maintaining a tidy and organised workspace while following safety and ESD protocols
- Continuously developing your technical skills through hands-on training and professional development
Hours and pay rate will be determined by experience, skills, and performance.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will have:
- A genuine interest in technology, electronics, or device repair
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- The ability to think logically and solve problems independently
The following would be highly regarded but are not essential:
- Previous experience repairing mobile phones, tablets, or other electronics
- Familiarity with iOS and Android devices
- Experience using diagnostic tools
- Micro-soldering or board-level repair experience
Full training will be provided to the right candidate. We value attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn just as highly as previous experience.
