A Day in the Life May Include:
Administration & Office Support
- Managing incoming emails and maintaining organised inboxes
Answering phone calls and directing enquiries professionally
General administrative and office support duties
Data entry and updating property records and databases
Assisting with outgoing and incoming property reports
Supporting agents and property managers with day-to-day tasks
Property Management Support
Following up maintenance requests with tenants and contractors
Assisting with property documentation and compliance records
Preparing administrative paperwork for property files
Office & Team Support
Assisting with internal events such as awards nights and team celebrations
Supporting office organisation and day-to-day operations
Contributing to a positive and energetic team culture
