We are looking for a Kitchen Team Member to join our team at Motto Motto Japanese Kitchen!

What you’ll be doing
- Preparing food and ingredients according to our standards
- Cooking and assembling dishes
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene and presentation
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and safe
- Following food safety procedures and kitchen SOPs
- Working closely with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
What we’re looking for
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is preferred, but training will be provided
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Good attention to detail and a strong focus on food quality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexible to work mornings and evenings
- Ability to work well as part of a team
