Store Manager – Sunset Home Living
Cairns | Full-Time
We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Cairns showroom and sales team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves sales, people and creating a great customer experience. You’ll lead from the floor, motivate your team, drive results and take ownership of the day-to-day running and presentation of the store.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and motivate our sales team
- Drive sales and achieve store targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Coach and support team performance
- Manage rosters and daily store operations
- Maintain high showroom and merchandising standards
- Follow up enquiries, quotes and sales opportunities
- Work closely with the owners on store performance & growth opportunities
About you
You’ll ideally have previous retail management experience, be confident working to sales targets and enjoy being part of the action on the showroom floor.
We’re looking for someone who is positive, organised, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership.
Experience in furniture, homewares, interiors, lifestyle or other high-value retail would be highly regarded.
