We are currently seeking professional and reliable Casual Security Guards to join our Sydney team.
About the Role
As a Casual Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, contractors, and members of the public across various sites throughout Sydney.
Shifts may include:
- Static guarding
- Construction site security
- Retail security
- Concierge & corporate security
- Event security
- Patrols & asset protection
- After-hours monitoring
Day, afternoon, overnight, weekday, and weekend shifts are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned sites
- Maintain a professional and visible security presence
- Control access to premises and manage visitor entry
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
- Complete incident reports and shift logs accurately
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and emergency services when required
- Ensure all site procedures and WHS requirements are followed
- Deliver excellent customer service and communication at all times
Requirements
- Current NSW Security Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate (preferred)
- Full Australian working rights
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Professional presentation and reliability
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Availability for flexible casual shifts
- Driver’s licence preferred
