Bookkeeper (ANZSCO-551211)$75,000 – $85,000 + Super
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, general ledgers, and accounting systems.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements, and company accounts.
- Prepare payroll and maintain employee payroll records.
- Assist with BAS preparation, GST reporting, and compliance obligations.
- Generate financial reports and provide administrative support to management.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting activities.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification equivalent to at least an Australian Certificate IV in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant bookkeeping or accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.
- Develop and maintain office procedures, systems, and workflows.
- Coordinate administrative staff and allocate work priorities.
- Manage office resources, equipment, and procurement activities.
- Assist management with budgeting, reporting, and operational planning.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant office management or administrative experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate excavators, loaders, graders, rollers, and other heavy machinery.
- Conduct pre-start inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Carry out excavation, trenching, earthworks, and site preparation activities.
- Load, move, and distribute materials safely and efficiently.
- Identify and report equipment faults and maintenance requirements.
- Follow project specifications, site instructions, and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment use and daily activities.
Requirements:
- Relevant plant operator tickets and licences required to operate heavy machinery.
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating excavators, loaders, graders, rollers, or similar equipment.
- Demonstrated understanding of civil construction and earthmoving operations.
- Ability to conduct equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.

Road Traffic Controller (ANZSCO-899923) $75,000 – $80,000 + Super
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor approved traffic management plans.
- Direct and control vehicle and pedestrian traffic around work sites.
- Install, maintain, and remove traffic control devices and signage.
- Conduct site safety inspections and hazard assessments.
- Communicate effectively with construction crews, motorists, and the public.
- Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Assist in minimising traffic disruptions while ensuring public safety.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of traffic control or road work experience preferred.
- White Card and valid driver's licence.
- Ability to interpret traffic management plans and site instructions.
- Strong communication and public interaction skills.
- Understanding of WHS legislation and road safety requirements.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and shift work.
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors.
Civil Construction Site Supervisor (ANZSCO-070499) $85,000– $105,000 + Super
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities and site personnel.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project resources.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and productivity targets.
- Ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox meetings, and safety audits.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions where required.
- Maintain project records, reports, and site documentation.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Civil Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience supervising civil construction projects.

Warehouse Administrator (ANZSCO-591116) $75,000 – $80,000 + Super
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory management and stock control systems.
- Process purchase orders, delivery dockets, and warehouse documentation.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods and materials.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stocktakes and audits.
- Prepare reports relating to inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations.
- Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments.
- Ensure warehouse records are accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
- Certificate III, Certificate IV, or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse administration, inventory, or logistics experience.
- Experience using inventory management and warehouse software systems.
- Strong data entry, reporting, and record-keeping skills.
