Job Summary:We are seeking an analytical ICT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our logistics business needs and IT capabilities. You will evaluate operations, gather software requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations to optimise our warehouse management systems (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and integrated logistics software.
You’ll work closely with warehouse, client services, and leadership teams to ensure alignment of project milestones and outcomes for business development
Key Responsibilities:
● Data Analysis: Gather business requirements, translate stakeholder needs into functional technical specifications, and analyse operational data to improve efficiency in terms of business processes, procedures and work practices to recommend optimal business practices, and system functionality and behaviour.
● High-Level Reporting & SLA Management: Develop, interpret, and maintain high-end performance reports and service level agreements (SLAs) to monitor system and service quality.
● Process Optimisation: Map "as-is" and "to-be" logistics workflows, identifying process bottlenecks to streamline 3PL operations.
● Systems & Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with client account managers, technical teams, and external stakeholders to support system integrations, onboard new clients, and implement technical solutions.
● AI & Tech Integration Support: Evaluate emerging tech tools and data platforms to support automated reporting and operational decision-making.
● Uses project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource and manage projects
● Takes responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensures acceptable quality and integrity of the system
● Uses data and process modelling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design and development of system software
● Acts as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision making process
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s in ICT or Artificial Intelligence highly regarded).
● Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or operational logistics analysis.
● Strong background in data interpretation, trend analysis, and creating complex SLA reports.
● Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and solve complex operational problems.
● Proficiency with data tools, SQL, process mapping software, or logistics management systems.
Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
