We have an exciting opportunity for an Area Manager to join us in Brisbane or the City of Logan area. We are mindfully limiting the size of our AM portfolios, so you will have plenty of opportunity to be hands on and get to know the teams within the centres in your care. With the support of our dedicated and super friendly support office teams, you will be able to help nurture the highest quality, safest and most fun environments for children and team members.

As our Area Manager, you'll champion child safety and educational excellence by:

Leading Child Safety: Maintain robust protection systems, mandatory reporting protocols, and safety-first culture across all centres

Driving Quality Excellence: Ensuring consistent implementation of National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework, with our sector-leading educational program, Teach a Rainbow

Developing Leaders: Mentor Centre Directors through coaching, weekly connection meetings, and professional development focused on quality practice, child safety and team leadership

Supporting Growth: Develop innovative approaches that enhance educational outcomes while maintaining sustainable, high-quality operations
What You’ll Bring:

Early Childhood Expertise - Extensive experience in early childhood education sector with deep understanding of child development and safety principles (essential)

Multi-Site Leadership - Proven track record managing Centre Directors across multiple centres

Quality & Safety Focus: Demonstrated experience turning around challenged centres with emphasis on quality improvement and safety enhancement

Child Protection Knowledge: Strong understanding of mandatory reporting obligations, child safety frameworks, and incident management

Regulatory Excellence: Comprehensive experience with Assessment & Rating processes and National Quality Standards implementation

Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood or relevant field

Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

Valid driver's licence
