Skills and Experiences:
What You'll Do
- Manage all stock receival and oversee efficient stock picking and replenishment to ensure outlets are fully stocked
- Ensure all stock is put away in the outlets in an organised fashion with quality checks and rotation
- Assist with monthly stock takes and help with stock ordering as required
- Communicate directly with suppliers regarding shortages and provide regular updates on stock quantities to outlet managers
- Take full responsibility for cleanliness and maintaining a highly organised and safe stock room environment
About You
- Thrives on the adrenaline of a busy food service environment and can keep a cool head under pressure
- Takes the lead on tasks with a self-motivated attitude that doesn't wait for instructions
- Values the importance of the "unseen" work, like dishwashing and stock prep, in a successful cafe
- Displays a professional and welcoming demeanor when assisting our diverse airport clientele
- Commits to a variable 7-day roster to match the ever-changing needs of the aviation sector
