This is an opportunity for an experienced Supervisor or ambitious Assistant Venue Manager ready to step into a leadership role where they can genuinely influence culture, performance, and guest experience.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Assistant the Gaming Manager
- Leading all aspects of venues daily operations
- Building, developing and sustaining (and developing) a positive, high-performance culture
- Driving revenue growth across all departments
- Managing labour, costs, and profitability targets
- Recruiting , coaching and mentoring department leaders and frontline teams
- Maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Ensuring compliance across gaming, liquor licensing, workplace safety, and operational procedures
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, guest experience, and financial performance
- Working closely with ownership to execute strategic business objectives
About You
You are a proven hospitality leader with:
- Previous experience managing a pub, hotel, or large hospitality venue
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and inspire teams
- Demonstrated success in achieving financial and operational targets
- Experience managing gaming, and customer service operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach and strong attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of hospitality compliance requirements
- Current RSA certification and relevant gaming licences
- Tab experience is a must
- Keno understanding is a must
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $54,082.15 – $105,052.64 per year
