Cartel Taqueria is looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Front of House Team Member to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Opening and closing the venue
* Greeting and serving customers
* Taking food and beverage orders
* Serving alcoholic beverages in accordance with RSA requirements
* Processing payments through the POS system
* Running food and drinks to tables
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
* Assisting with daily cleaning and operational tasks
* Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
Requirements
* Current RSA Certificate (essential)
* Previous hospitality experience preferred
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Reliable, punctual, and professional
* Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
* Ability to lead by example and maintain high service standards
* Takes initiative and works well under pressure
* Well-presented with a positive attitude
