About the Role
As a Medical Imaging Administration Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, visitors and clinicians, providing professional reception and administrative support to our busy Medical Imaging Department. From managing appointments and patient registrations to coordinating specialised bookings, maintaining accurate records and supporting billing processes, you'll help ensure the department runs efficiently while delivering a positive experience for every patient.
About you
You're an organised and customer-focused administrator who thrives in a busy environment. With experience in reception or healthcare administration, you have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and confidence using a range of computer systems. You enjoy working as part of a team, can manage competing priorities, and are committed to providing high-quality service with professionalism, empathy and confidentiality
