Qualifications & experience
· Hold Diploma or higher. Alternatively, demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience as substitution of formal qualifications.
· At least one year of experience as a Motel Manager is essential.
· Strong leadership and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the motel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
· Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, always ensuring excellent guest service.
· Supervise, and motivate the motel staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
· Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the motel premises.
· Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
· Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking necessary supplies.
· Implement and enforce safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
