The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Truck Driver / HIAB Operator to join our team as a contractor, based in Balcatta and reporting to our Distribution Supervisor. The role involves regular runs across the Perth metropolitan area with periodic trips to Bunbury. We operate Monday to Friday, with early starts.
The role would suit someone who is reliable, trustworthy and happy to roll up their sleeves — hand loading and unloading is part of the job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a 6.5 tonne truck with 1.5 tonne HIAB capacity across Perth metro and Bunbury runs
- Apply correct load restraint procedures on every run
- Hand load and unload fencing materials at delivery locations
- Deliver fencing materials to residential, commercial and site locations
- Represent Team Work Fencing professionally with customers and on site
Skills and Qualifications:
- MR licence minimum — HR licence highly regarded
- Experienced truck driver
- Can demonstrated HIAB operation experience
- Knows load restraint knowledge and compliance
- Reliable, trustworthy and punctual
- Happy to hand load and unload materials as required
- Other relevant licences or tickets highly regarded — training available for the right candidate

Pay: $30.00 – $37.00 per hour
