Our client, R & D DHARMAM PTY LTD, is looking for qualified and experienced cook for operating kitchen functions.
Job Title:
· Cook
Responsibility:
· Prepare, season and cook food in restaurant
Duties:
· Season and cook food according to recipes;
· Inspect food product for quality assurance;
· Keep kitchen clean and sanitary;
· Ensure portion size are correct;
· Prepare special dietary foods when necessary;
· Estimate costs involved in meals;
· Freeze and preserve food products;
· Follow OH&S and other hygiene regulations
Qualification:
- AQF Certificate IV
- 1-2 years of experience in related field
Salary:
- $75,000 - $85,000 + Superannuation
Working condition:
- Full Time
- 38 hours per week
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
