Casual Bartender / All-Rounder
Bar Luca – Sydney CBD
Bar Luca is one of Sydney’s busiest and most well-known independent burger bars, and we’re looking for an experienced Casual Bartender / All-Rounder to join our team.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. Every shift is different, so we’re looking for someone who is confident working across all areas of front of house.
About the Role
As a Casual Bartender / All-Rounder, your duties will include:
- Preparing beers, wines, spirits and cocktails
- Making milkshakes and other beverages
- Taking customer orders and processing payments using the POS
- Running food and drinks to tables
- Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables
- Greeting guests and seating reservations
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked venue
- Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
- Delivering friendly, efficient customer service in a high-volume environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Previous bartending experience (essential)
- Cocktail-making experience
- Previous experience in a busy restaurant, bar or pub
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- A willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
- Current NSW RSA
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
