Bloom Allied Health & Therapy Co is a newly established multidisciplinary allied health practice based in Toowoomba, QLD, providing compassionate, neuroaffirming and evidence-based supports to children, adolescents, adults and families across the region.
We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Occupational Therapists to join our growing team as we build a genuinely supportive, collaborative and values-driven practice.

About the Role
This role offers a varied and rewarding caseload across:
- Paediatrics
- Adolescents and adults
- Neurodivergent affirming supports
- Functional Capacity Assessments
- Assistive Technology
- Capacity Building Supports
- Emotional regulation and sensory supports
- School-based intervention
- Community-based supports
- Home and living assessments
- NDIS report writing and clinical documentation
- DVA Client's
- Rural and outreach opportunities
Services may be delivered within:
- clinic environments;
- schools;
- homes;
- community settings;
- telehealth; and
- outreach locations.
You will work collaboratively alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Counsellors, Dietitians, Allied Health Assistants and other multidisciplinary professionals within a highly supportive team environment.
What We Offer
Competitive Remuneration
- Up to $130,000 per annum + superannuation

Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Current driver licence
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Eligibility for NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Blue Card / Working With Children Check
- Strong written communication and report writing skills
Highly Regarded
- Experience working with NDIS, DVA participants
- FCA and complex report writing experience
- Sensory and emotional regulation experience
- Paediatric therapy experience
- Community and school-based therapy experience
- Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians/students
