We're looking for a Workplace Experience Assistant to join our team in Adelaide on a 6-month contract. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is an opportunity to make a real impact every day.
As the face of our workplace, you'll help ensure our office runs smoothly while creating a positive experience for employees, visitors and contractors. No two days are the same, with a mix of front-of-house, workplace operations, facilities support and employee engagement.
Coordinate workplace services including meeting rooms, mail, catering, concierge and office amenities.
Partner with Workplace Experience, Operations, IT and Project teams to maintain a safe, functional and engaging workplace.
You'll enjoy helping people, take pride in delivering outstanding service and bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach to your work.
Experience in Workplace Experience, Facilities, Corporate Reception, Office Administration, Hospitality or a similar customer-facing role.
