As a Retention Specialist, you’ll play a key role in strengthening patient loyalty and returns, improving service satisfaction, and driving long‑term commercial outcomes. This is a full‑time, office‑based role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and is motivated by delivering exceptional customer experiences and uncapped commision structure.

Retention is a critical commercial lever for Green Life Clinics. Your work ensures patients stay engaged in their treatment plans, receive consistent support, and continue their care journey with us. You’ll help stabilise patient behaviour, reduce churn, and lift lifetime value across the network.
What You’ll Do

Develop and execute retention strategies that improve patient loyalty and reduce churn.
- Analyse customer behaviour, feedback, and service trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Clinic Operations to deliver targeted campaigns and personalised retention initiatives.
- Monitor key retention metrics and provide insights, reporting, and recommendations to leadership.
- Engage directly with patients across phone, email, and digital channels to resolve concerns and enhance their experience.
- Conduct proactive follow‑ups to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for rebooking, continuity of care, or upsell pathways.
What You Bring

Experience in customer service, sales, or a retention‑focused role within a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical capability with confidence interpreting data and making evidence‑based decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient‑centric mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Cloud tools.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
