Café Chérie is seeking an experienced, hands-on Café Manager / Supervisor to lead our team in a busy, fast-paced café.
This is a full-time position with daytime hours only—no night shifts. Weekend availability is required on a rotating roster.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the café team
* Manage daily café operations
* Rostering and staff supervision
* Deliver outstanding customer service
* Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
* Stock control and ordering
* Assist on the coffee machine and café floor during busy periods
About You
* Previous café management or supervisory experience
* Confident barista skills
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Organised, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Passionate about hospitality and customer service
