Role Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell gym memberships and services to new and existing members.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with membership inquiries, tours, and general club information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members to help them achieve their fitness goals.
- Conduct follow-up calls and manage new lead generation.
- Support daily operations and contribute to the overall success of the gym.
- Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all members.
About You:
- A passion for fitness and helping others live healthier lives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience or customer service background preferred .
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and able to work both independently and within a team.
- Positive, approachable, and energetic personality.
