About the Role:
Your primary responsibility is to help clients achieve their desired outcomes by delivering tailored payment solutions. As a proactive and customer-focused professional, you will build strong client relationships, resolve issues, and act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams. Your goal is to ensure a seamless customer experience while driving customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
- Customer onboarding & Compliance: Support the onboarding of new clients by facilitating a seamless onboarding experience and assisting with KYC/AML requirements, including collecting and reviewing customer documentation.
- Payment Operations: Process domestic and international payments accurately and efficiently while supporting day-to day payment operations.
- Customer Support: Respond to inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels, providing timely and professional support.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Customer Insights: Gather client feedback and identify opportunities to improve products, services and the overall customer experience.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with compliance, Business Analysts and other internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are addressed and client feedback is incorporated into product and service improvements.
About You
- Experience in the payments, FX, or fintech industry is highly regarded but not essential-we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn just as much.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple competing deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers clearly and confidently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related filed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable.
