Registered Nurse – Complex Care (Paediatric)
Location: Tarneit, VIC 3029
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide specialised clinical support for a young client living with Cerebral Palsy and refractory epilepsy. This is an on-site role based at the client's home, offering 8 hours of work per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-intensity care assessments and develop individualised care plans
- Provide clinical training and face-to-face support to support staff
- Oversee PEG-J feeding and medication management, including ongoing monitoring
- Review and sign off on support worker documentation, assessments, and care charts
- Conduct regular reviews of support plans and clinical records
About You:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- First aid and CPR certification
- Valid working with children check
- Valid police check
- Experience working with children with high-intensity or complex care needs is highly regarded
- Confident, calm, and detail-oriented approach to complex clinical care
- Strong communication and training skills to support and upskill care staff
Given the complexity of this client's needs, preference will be given to nurses with demonstrated experience in high-intensity paediatric care.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
