Mecha Pty Ltd is urgently seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters and Boilermakers for immediate starts across site-based shutdowns, maintenance, project work and workshop operations.
We have both casual and permanent opportunities available for the right people.
Local Gladstone & Central Queensland work: BSL | QAL | RTAY | Curtis Island | Workshop| Various Sites - Local applicants only
The Role Includes:
Mechanical Fitters

Maintenance, shutdown and project works across industrial sites
- Fault finding, repairs and installation of mechanical equipment
- Workshop opportunities also available
Boilermakers
-
Fabrication, welding and fixed plant repairs
- Site-based shutdown and maintenance work
- Workshop fabrication opportunities also available
What We are Looking For:

Trade Qualification – Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker
- Strong safety focus and reliable work ethic
- Ability to work well within a team
- Hold a Blue/Yellow Medipass – or ability to pass medical site compliance
- Ability to complete required site inductions and compliance training
