Our company comprises of 5 brick and mortar location as well as an e-commerce channel. Our e-commerce does anywhere from 35-55% of our business and we are looking for an E-commerce manager to help grow our E-commerce sales through modern marketing methods.

The Sneaker Laundry is a rapidly growing sneaker care brand in Australia. Established in 2017, we have now cleaned over 40,000 sneakers and sold over 110,000 sneaker care products worldwide.
The Role
As an E-commerce Marketing Specialist, you will be in charge of strategising and execution for our Shopify, Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Youtube and Klaviyo. You will be in charge of creating and publishing text, photos, and videos to promote businesses, products, or services on social media and digital platforms to grow an audience, build brand awareness, and increase sales.
You must have prior experience working with Shopify stores and must display a track record of scaling E-commerce stores.
You will work hand in hand with a media buying agency as well as a content creation agency.
Your role will involve:
- Creating funnels and flows on Klaviyo
- Segmenting and designing Klaviyo email campaigns
- Updating Shopify listings for campaigns
- Intermediate design skills on Adobe or Canva
- Creating, scheduling, and publishing marketing content to social media platforms and websites.
- Applying statistical modelling methods to determine the potential impact of pricing strategies on profitability.
- Monitoring the performance of initiatives, providing regular reporting, and sharing insights.
- Analysing data from digital marketing campaigns and platforms.
- Recommending updates to digital content to improve search engine metrics.
- Supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs.
- Commissioning and undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing goods and services.
- Advising on all elements of marketing such as product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels.
- Analysing data to develop marketing strategies and plans.
- Developing ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Liaising with external vendors and agencies.
- Providing advice on digital marketing strategies, SEO, social media marketing, and associated analytics
We are looking for an individual that understands that successful E-commerce marketing should equal sales. You must be driven, innovative, open-minded and accountable for the marketing budget allocated.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
