We are looking for experienced and dedicated Domestic Assistance Community Support Worker to join our caring and dynamic team and provide high quality in-home domestic support services to our valued CHSP customers. For this role, you will need previous experience in Domestic Assistance/ Cleaning. We are also looking for someone who lives locally or willing to travel to Campbelltown & Camden area.

Duties and responsibilities include:
- Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry and meal preparation

Social support/transportation for social activities, shopping/groceries, travelling to medical appointments
Supporting customers in the use of aids and personal equipment
Monitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progress
Provide updates on customer progress following each service
About you:

Good interpersonal skills & written/verbal communication skills
Reliable & dependable
Ability to build rapport & good working relationships
Comfortable using technology (i.e. mobile app) for accessing rosters & recording customer notes/feedback
What you will need:
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Criminal Record Check
- Proof of Vaccination (where relevant) i.e. COVID-19 vaccination certificate

Current First Aid certificate/CPR
Current Australian Drivers License
Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
Smart phone with internet access
Current Working with Children Check (preferred)
