Your Role Will Include:
- Providing one-on-one support to clients with daily activities
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
- Assisting with community access, personal care & domestic tasks
- Building strong, respectful relationships with clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Support workers (due to client preferences)
- Valid NDIS Worker Check, WWCC & First Aid/CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Australian Driver’s Licence & access to a reliable car (ESSENTIAL). - Experience in disability or aged care (preferred but not essential)
- Positive attitude, patience, and genuine care for others
Location: Blacktown and surrounding areas
