- Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of supervisor experience or demonstrated leadership/management experience in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of all front-of-house operations, including Floor, Bar, and Reception.
- English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above (or excellent spoken and written English).
- Available to work a minimum of 4 full days per week, including at least 3 weekdays.
- Good understanding of dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, and food allergies.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Able to handle customer complaints and operational issues calmly and professionally.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent observation and attention to detail.
- A positive, optimistic attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A reliable team player who leads by example and supports colleagues.
