Description:
What You'll Do
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions while maintaining accurate financial records.
- Complete POS data entry and sales reconciliations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations to support timely and reliable financial reporting.
- Assist with month-end journals and other accounting activities to meet reporting deadlines.
- Support the Financial Controller with finance administration and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure financial information is processed accurately.
Skills and Experiences:
About You
- Holds a qualification in Accounting or Finance, or is currently working towards one.
- Demonstrates strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.
- Brings excellent attention to detail and takes pride in producing accurate work.
- Communicates professionally and enjoys working collaboratively with a supportive team.
- Manages competing priorities effectively while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Shows initiative, a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.
