Description:
THE ROLE...
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration or junior finance experience who is looking to grow their career in Accounts Receivable within a supportive and structured environment.
You’ll be working alongside experienced team members who will guide and develop your skills across the full AR function.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist with the accounts receivable process including invoicing, payment allocation and follow-ups
- Maintain customer accounts and support accurate ledger management
- Help monitor customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts
- Support bank reconciliations and month-end processes
- Work with internal teams to resolve billing queries
- Contribute to improving processes and maintaining strong credit control practices
Skills and Experiences:
ABOUT YOU...
- Experience in administration, finance support, or a junior accounts role
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and confidence speaking with stakeholders
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills (we’ll help you build on this)
- A proactive attitude and interest in developing a career in finance
