What will you be doing?
Your role will see you focus on the needs of employers in the local labour market including:

Inspire and influence participants to see the value of training, upskilling, and reskilling as a pathway to sustainable employment.

Build strong, ongoing relationships with local employers to understand skill shortages, recruitment needs, and workforce priorities

Co-design pre-employment pathways with employers that prepare participants for specific roles, industries, and emerging opportunities.

Work with RTOs community organisation and industry groups to co-deliver responsive training and employment solutions

Motivate participants to actively engage in education, accredited training, and work preparation activities.
Who are you?
Skills and experience we are looking for include:
-
Experience within Employment Services (highly advantageous)
-
Demonstrated results in supporting and coaching a high performing team
-
Well developed interpersonal and negotiation skills
-
Account management experience
-
Time management and IT systems capabilities
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
