We're thrilled to announce the opening of Senior C&B Manager – Asia Pacific, reporting to the Regional C&B Director. As the Senior C&B Manager - APAC, you will play a pivotal role in designing and shaping the total rewards policy and practice across a variety of countries. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs across the APAC region. By partnering with markets business and HR leaders, you will gain in-depth knowledge of the local markets and practice, you will be able to drive the development and implementation of innovative and effective total rewards strategies that help the business attract, retain and motivate our top talent.
