As Site Manager, you'll be the driving force on site - keeping subcontractors and site teams moving, safety front of mind, and the project tracking to program and budget. You'll set the tone on site and play a big part in leading the culture Hindmarsh is known for.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Implement the construction program and manage all day-to-day coordination of site activities

Supervise construction of the project in compliance with all legislative requirements.

Track construction progress and collaborate with the Project Manager on program, cost and quality issues and opportununities.

Keep subcontractors and suppliers accountable for quality and timing
- Driving safety, quality and environment standards on site, from inductions and toolbox talks through to risk assessments and site inspections.
- Interpret plans and drawings, resolve constructability issues, and contribute to design coordination.
- Manage site records, including site diaries, ITPs and SQE documentation.
You'll be a good fit if you have:

5+ years of experience in site supervision roles within commercial construction.

Proven ability to manage subcontractors and suppliers on complex building projects.

Strong understanding of Australian construction standards, codes, and safety legislation.

Skills using construction software such as Aconex, MS Project, Bluebeam.

Competent user of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).

Experience delivering projects across commercial, education, health, or similar sectors.
