Who We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a high-volume, a la carte restaurant or premium bar environment
- A current and valid RSA
- Strong cocktail fundamentals, spirits knowledge, and confidence preparing drinks
- Solid wine knowledge and the ability to make thoughtful recommendations to guests
- Confidence with POS systems, cash handling, and bar stock procedures
- A positive, professional attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Ability to thrive during busy services while maintaining attention to detail and presentation
- Flexible availability across a rotating 7-day roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
