About the role and you
Every day brings new opportunities to make a difference in Community Nursing. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their homes and community clinics, supporting people to maintain their health, independence and wellbeing.
You are a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse who enjoys the variety of community-based care and is confident working both independently and as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team. You will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills while making a meaningful impact through the delivery of safe, evidence-based care.
Your role will include:

Delivering compassionate nursing care through home visits and community clinic appointments.

Providing wound assessment and management, including compression therapy.
-
Supporting clients with urinary catheter care and continence management.

Providing palliative care support to clients and their families with compassion and dignity.

Identifying client needs, coordinating referrals and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.

Building strong therapeutic relationships that promote trust, independence and positive health outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.

An unrestricted NSW driver's licence and the ability to travel between community locations as required.

Demonstrated clinical experience in wound management, continence care and medication administration.

Sound clinical judgement, with the ability to prioritise care and respond effectively to changing client needs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to person-centred care.

A genuine commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
