SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST
Ceddar Bakery is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing team on a full-time permanent basis.
This role is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the company’s supply chain functions, including inventory management, procurement coordination, logistics analysis, supplier performance monitoring, and operational reporting. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving supply chain efficiency and supporting ongoing business growth within a fast-paced bakery manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse supply chain and operational performance data
- Monitor inventory levels and stock movement
- Assist with demand forecasting and procurement planning
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments
- Prepare operational and inventory reports
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Support warehouse, production, and distribution operations
- Maintain accurate supply chain records and system data
Skills and Experience:
- Relevant qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Previous experience in a supply chain, logistics, procurement, or analyst role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Experience using inventory management or ERP systems is highly regarded
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Employment Details:
- Full-time permanent position
- Minimum 38 hours per week
- Annual salary from AUD $77,000 plus superannuation
