As the 2IC / Assistant Retail Manager, you will partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations and drive the success of the retail side of the business. You will lead by example, mentoring your team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership: Inducting, training, and building the capabilities of your team.
Store Operations: Assisting with daily management, stock control, and visual merchandising tasks.
Performance & Growth: Driving passion for our brand and actively growing our customer loyalty program.
People Culture: Fostering a harmonious team environment, managing workplace relations, and leading recruitment for retail roles.
You’re an energetic and results-focused leader who thrives in a customer-centric environment.
You’ll bring:
Proven retail or team management experience (pharmacy or health retail ideal).
Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and payroll.
Thrives working in a fast paced environment.
Current or willing-to-obtain police clearance.
Willing to work approximately 30 hours per week
Bonus if you have an S2/S3 Certificate or pharmacy experience.
