At High Hopes Services, we believe in creating a supportive and empowering environment for both our participants and our team. We are currently seeking experienced disability support workers with a strong background in complex behavioural support to join our team in the Southeastern Suburbs.

About the Role
As a Complex Behavioural Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality support tailored to individual needs and behaviour support plans.
- Managing complex behaviours using approved strategies, including positive behaviour support techniques.
- Assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and community participation.
- Maintaining accurate care documentation and incident reporting.
- Collaborating with families, therapists, and support teams to ensure best outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Certificate IV in Disability (or equivalent)
Experience supporting participants with complex behaviours (minimum 6 months required)
Strong crisis management and de-escalation skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Full working rights in Australia
Mandatory Requirements
National Police Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Working with Children’s Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
Valid Driver’s License & Reliable, Insured Vehicle
NDIS Orientation Module & Infection Control Training
Work Type: Casual, with potential for ongoing shifts
