We are currently seeking experienced Migration Agents. This is a key role within our organization, requiring a professional who can confidently guide clients with clarity, empathy, and expert knowledge of Australian visa processes. Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely migration advice to clients across the various range of visa subclasses, guiding and assess client circumstances and recommend suitable migration pathways.
- Prepare, review, and lodge accurate visa applications with the Department of Home Affairs (DoHA).
- Ensure all supporting documents meet legislative and procedural requirements.
- Liaise with DoHA and related stakeholders including skill assessment authorities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of migration legislation, policies, and procedural changes.
- Engage and network with professionals in the Migration and Education sectors to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Build, manage, and sustain strong client relationships.
- Participate in business development activities to support client acquisition and retention.
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct established by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) and uphold all professional and ethical standards.
Skills & Experience
- Energetic, proactive, and creative personality with a positive attitude.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the migration industry (preferred).
- Graduate Certificate in Migration Law completed or currently being pursued.
- Current MARA registration (mandatory)
- Strong technical knowledge of current Australian immigration laws, regulations, and policy settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention detail and accuracy.
- Strong sales and customer service skills to build, maintain, and convert client relationships.
- Ability to handle complex cases with accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to meet organizational goals, manage targets, and deliver outcomes within deadlines.
- Working collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
