Role overview
The Organisation and Methods Analyst role exists to review and improve the Employer’s systems, processes, and workflows. The position is responsible for identifying inefficiencies, recommending practical solutions, and supporting the implementation of improved methods to ensure compliance, productivity, and sustainable business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse and evaluate organisational structures, systems, and procedures to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Conduct work studies by reviewing existing and proposed methods, administrative processes, and clerical procedures.
- Record and interpret workflow charts, manuals, reports, and job descriptions to assess effectiveness.
- Consult with staff and management to gather insights on current practices and operational challenges.
- Prepare and recommend proposals to revise methods, alter workflows, and redefine job functions.
- Assist in implementing approved recommendations, including issuing revised instructions and procedure manuals.
- Draft clear documentation to support organisational changes and ensure compliance with standards.
- Monitor operating procedures and advise management on departures from agreed standards.
Qualifications and skills
- Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Management or Commerce

Pay: $95,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
