Our Clinicians' Early Development Program (CEDP) is designed specifically for early-career dentists. Through CEDP, you will receive:
- A structured transition from university to clinical practice
- Local mentoring and guidance from experienced clinicians
- Participation in group and individual case studies
- Ongoing professional development and clinical education
Please note: Current practising Dental Therapists are also eligible and encouraged to apply for this position, even if they are not eligible to participate in the CEDP.
What we offer
- Regional Incentives: Successful applicants interested in working in one of SA Dental’s country clinics may be eligible for regional incentives up to $5,900 per annum, depending on location and conditions, in line with the Allied Health Professionals, Assistants and Psychologists Enterprise Agreement 2025.
- Salary Packaging: Access flexible salary packaging, including up to $9,010 per year for living expenses (e.g. rent, mortgage, utilities, groceries) plus an extra $2,650 for meals and entertainment.
- Relocation Support: Up to $10,000 reimbursement for approved relocation costs for eligible applicants moving to SA Dental.
